Bionic Products (the actual beverage company) will transition to a private corporation effective 12 A.M. on August 13, 2010, while completing the S1 registration documentation to emerge as a fully reporting company in 2011.

Bionic Products is still fully operational and will continue to manufacture and sell Bionic-Tonic® and Lady Pink® through distributors as well as online.  Bionic Products is also developing more innovative healthy energy products to enhance all lifestyles.

Caribbean Casino Gaming Corp. and Sosua Bay Grand Casino have signed an exclusive marketing and distribution agreement for the Dominican Republic, Central America, South America and other Caribbean markets.  These fine products can be ordered from these distributors as listed below.
