COMPANY UPDATE
Bionic Products (the actual beverage company) will transition to a private corporation effective 12 A.M. on August 13, 2010, while completing the S1 registration documentation to emerge as a fully reporting company before the end of the year.
Bionic Products is still fully operational and will continue to manufacture and sell Bionic-Tonic® and Lady Pink® through distributors as well as online. Bionic Products is also developing more innovative healthy energy products to enhance all lifestyles.
