COMPANY UPDATE
Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. and Sosua Bay Grand Casino have signed an exclusive marketing and distribution agreement for the Dominican Republic, Central America, South America and other Caribbean markets. Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. is a publicly traded company on the OTC Markets under the symbol CGAQ.
Bionic Products (the actual beverage company) will transition to a private corporation effective 12 A.M. on August 13, 2010, while completing the S1 registration documentation to emerge as a fully reporting company before the end of the year.
Bionic Products is still fully operational and will continue to manufacture and sell Bionic-Tonic® and Lady Pink® through distributors as well as online. Bionic Products is also developing more innovative healthy energy products to enhance all lifestyles.
